🏆Nothing is more rewarding to me than to see my client’s body change BUT also their mindset.
She just needed a proper guidance on what to do for her home workouts, how many times per week and how to nourish her body with the proper energy fuel.
After only 5 sessions - 1 a week - she was able to bring down the bloatedness and eliminate that stubborn fatty tissue on her lower abdomen and obliques ( love handles ). We also worked her lower back muscles as they are also part of the core and help define your waist.
She is loving her leaner silhouette - you can now see the waist to hips 😍.
