BREASTFEEDING BASICS: Expecting parents, we are hosting our FREE monthly virtual breastfeeding class on Wednesday, July 17th, from 7:00-8:30 pm (MDT).

The workshop is designed to be taken when you are 30 - 36 weeks pregnant. Partners are encouraged to attend!

While we encourage everyone to monitor and heed instructions from emergency authorities, those who are pregnant or who have young children have to plan ahead. Don't put off leaving and give yourself as much time as possible to prepare and travel.
