✨ Important Update ; Mobile Spa ✨

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share an important update regarding my services.

Over the past few months, I have been home with my son who requires ongoing support. As of now, I’ve made the decision to continue focusing on my son and being the support he needs at home during this time.

Because of this, I will be temporarily pausing ALL appointments.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it is the right one for my family right now. I’m so grateful for the support, kindness, and trust you’ve all shown me ; it truly means more than I can express 🥹

I hope to return soon and look forward to reconnecting when the time is right 💛

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share an update regarding my mobile spa services. Beginning February 18th, I will be taking a temporary break from appointments.

With my son’s daycare closing, upcoming therapy commitments related to his autism, our family preparing for a move, and the additional responsibility of homeschooling, I need to adjust my schedule to ensure I can support my family during this transition.

My plan is to resume services in April/May, once we are settled and I’m able to arrange a new program for my son.

I truly appreciate your kindness, patience, and continued support. It means more than I can express, and I’ll be so happy to care for you all again when I return! 😊

Hi everyone!

With winter weather upon us, I wanted to share a gentle note regarding mobile appointments during the colder months!

As I do travel to clients’ homes, and winter conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. Snow, ice, road closures, or unsafe driving conditions may require an appointment to be rescheduled. On occasion, snow days may also mean I’m home with my children, which can affect availability. My priority is always safety and family.

This understanding goes both ways ! If you feel it would be unsafe for me to travel to your appointment due to weather conditions, I completely understand and am happy to reschedule when it’s safer for everyone!

I truly do my best to accommodate any changes and will always offer the earliest possible reschedule. I’m so grateful for the patience and understanding many of you show, and I appreciate your flexibility during this season. Please keep in mind that spa services are non-emergency appointments, and I will reschedule when able.

I have updated some of my terms and conditions for the upcoming year. I hope you all understand!

Starting January 18th, 2026;

•A $15 deposit is required.

•After 3 cancellations or no-shows, 50% of your service will be charged for missed or frequently canceled appointments.

•A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

•Please check your messages for appointment confirmations and reminders.

•Health history forms must be completed prior to your service.

•A $10 travel fee applies for clients located 30 km or more from Barrie.

**All mobile services are weather permitting during winter months**

🐾 Ophelia Update 💕

Sweet little Oof is doing so well! She’s been soaking up all the love, cuddles, and care while we prepare for her next big step.

Thanks to all of your incredible kindness and generosity, we’ve raised over $600 so far! 🥹✨ Every single donation, share, and kind word has helped us get closer to her surgery.

I’ll be calling the vet to try to get an official quote and schedule her surgery for about a month from now. Once I have that total, I’ll share the full cost breakdown so everyone knows exactly what we’re working toward. 🐈‍⬛️💜
