It’s All in a Name. A client may come into the salon and ask you for a haircut such as a “bob.” Others will ask you for trendy haircuts, such as the “lob” which is a term made up of two words, long + bob. Other clients may ask for a haircut made famous by a celebrity. You may even hear about the “wedge” or the “pixie” and newer terms like “wolf cut” or “butterfly cut.” Just like “groovy” and “rad” have faded into obscurity and been replaced with new slang terms, it is your responsibility to stay current with the trendy names a client might refer to when describing a haircut/style. #SalonConnection #PivotPoint #LearnForward (🎥: Gilad Goldstein) 05/17/2023
