Hi all , So I have Teamed up with my favorite place to start my day. Training For Warriors Barrie . We had an internal challenge and Rob and I Have decided to match pound for pound. Every pound lost , muscle gained, percentage of body fat lost, is being donated to the women's and children shelter Barrie. .. The shelter is in desperate need for certain items. Toilet paper, paper towel, tampons, school snacks for kids and cereal..
And of course cash 💸 so they can get what's needed. I'll have a box at the Salon for all my wonderful clients and Friends if anybody wish to make donations to help all week till Saturday 😊
