There are SO many products out there, and it’s easy to buy whatever TikTok is telling you that you need.
But here’s the thing, your hair isn’t the same as everyone else’s.
Your stylist should be recommending what your hair actually needs based on your colour, texture, condition and what you’re trying to achieve.
Maybe you need a mineral-removing shampoo. Maybe you need purple shampoo. Maybe you need more moisture, a lightweight leave-in or an oil to protect those ends.
You don’t need every product. You need the RIGHT products. 🤍

Let’s talk about two things that can seriously affect your blonde: HEAT + HARD WATER. 🤍
🔥 Excessive heat can make lightened hair porous, dry and fragile.
💧 Hard water can leave mineral buildup that contributes to dullness, brassiness and unwanted colour changes.
For this client, I used a Malibu crystal gel treatment before her gloss to remove mineral buildup to create a clean canvas for her colour. ✨
Your blonde needs care between appointments too:
•Limit heat
•Always use heat protectant
•Use a good leave-in + nourishing oil
•Use a mineral-removing shampoo if you have hard water
I spend a few hours with your hair every 8–10 weeks, you’re caring for it every day in between. 😉
