This month marks my one year anniversary at Integrated Health Connections, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the clients who welcomed me into the practice over the past year. Thank you
for allowing me to be part of your healthcare. I am grateful for all the support and kindness I have received here.
I also want to sincerely thank the clients who followed me from previous clinics. Your continued trust and loyalty mean more to me than I can easily put into words. Knowing that you chose to continue your care with me made this transition not only easier, but incredibly rewarding.
This past year has been a wonderful one. It has been filled with growth, learning, and the opportunity to work with many wonderful people. Being part of a collaborative, supportive clinic environment has made it even more meaningful.
Looking ahead, I am excited to share that I will be introducing cupping therapy and extending my hours in the near future. These additions will allow me to better support clients dealing with pain, tension, and movement restrictions.
The next year is shaping up to be even better, and I am truly looking forward to continuing this work with you.
Your support means the world.

As we begin a new year I want to take a moment to talk about social media and my absolutely loathing for everything related to it. You may have noticed I haven’t been very active over the past year, and it’s because I simply hate doing it. I had accepted that social media was a necessary evil when running a business. All the experts recommend posting at least once a week and interacting with followers and maintaining a presence. It’s not bad advice, but it is bad advice for me. Creating content for my business pages has been such a stressor. It takes an absurd amount of time and leads to very little return. This past December was my busiest month since I moved to Barrie 3 years ago, and I did it without a single social media post.
With that in mind, I’m going to take an indefinite step back from posting. I’m still here, I’m still accepting new clients, I still appreciate each and every person who finds their way to my pages. You may still see the occasional update from me as the mood strikes, but it won’t be anything consistent.
In 2026 I’m focusing on things that bring joy, and social media simply doesn’t. Swipe to see some of the things I’ll be doing instead of creating content. I hope you also have the privilege to focus on things that bring joy in the upcoming year.
With Love,
Tianna
PS. This post took 2 hours to compose and I’m never doing that again 💕

Common mistakes that can lead to pain or injury:
✨Poor posture: Staying in slouched or static positions for long periods puts strain on muscles and joints
✨Skipping your warm-up: Jumping straight into activity without preparing your body increases the risk of strains
✨Overdoing exercise: Doing too much too soon can lead to burnout or injury, especially without proper recovery
✨Neglecting rest and recovery: Muscles need time to repair and rebuild. Without it, progress stalls and tension builds
✨Ignoring pain signals: Pain is a message, not a nuisance. Pushing through can turn a small issue into a bigger one
Massage therapy can help address imbalances, support recovery, and keep you moving well.

Empowered clients make informed choices, and that leads to better outcomes.
Massage therapy isn’t something that’s done to you, it’s a collaborative process. Your voice, your goals, and your boundaries guide each session.
Whether it’s explaining techniques, reviewing treatment options, or adjusting pressure, your input matters every step of the way.
You deserve to feel informed, respected, and in control of your care.

Have you seen my website? It's one thing that I am incredibly proud of. Although I have no background in web design, I've managed to put together a professional website that I love. Could it be better if I got some expert help? Absolutely! But I still think it's pretty good and I'm constantly making small changes to improve it, so it's only going to get better.
