One of the key practices I majorly focus on, and that I have seen work wonders for people is nutritional cleansing.
Detoxifying the body is the first step towards building a better internal environment. If your body is full of toxins, no amount of antibiotics could help to truly ‘cleanse’ your body. In fact, it would flush the good bacteria, which is essential for maintaining your gut health, out along with the bad bacteria.

In order to help my clients, I planned out their dietary plans and exercise routines, as well as focusing on boosting the natural healing processes of the body via nutritional cleansing.
And the results were brilliant!
I used the same principles for myself. Even years later as a practicing health coach now, and a grandmother who is also a thriving community member, I feel better than ever before in my middle age.
