Worried extensions may be too much maintenance?! Other than fills every 2-3 weeks all they really require is daily brushing and washing just like your face and teeth do š

This is why I say PLEASE make sure you do your research before choosing a lash tech! This makes me so sad that this actually happens... In the top right photo you can clearly see a lash was placed at the TOP of another lash... there is also clumps and clumps of glueš¤¦š»āāļø this is unacceptable!! Thereās no way you can even brush these. A client should never leave a salon with this done to their FACE. As a lash technician you should care about another persons health and know that this can cause serious infections like blepharitis, due to not being able to clean them properly(because theyāre all glued together). In the video you can see that 2 extensions have fused together. Proper isolation would have avoided this. Iām not saying Iām perfect by any means! I know sometimes this happens. But your lash tech should be checking for these fused lashes before completing her set.
Also please note that lashing is not about speed! Itās about precision. If your full set is only taking 45 minutes that could mean your lash tech is not isolating properly.
