We spend years training the body and mind… but what happens when we ignore the spirit? Some of the most powerful wellness lessons I learned didn’t come from school, they came from watching my family. I’m Alyssa Myrdal, a Reiki practitioner, former figure skater, and creative artist. In my sessions, I guide clients into a relaxed, meditative state while exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Something new is coming soon to Simcoe Lakeside Massage & Wellness.
I’m pleased to share that Alyssa Myrdal will soon be offering Reiki sessions as part of our wellness services.
Reiki is a gentle relaxation-based practice that many people use to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
These sessions will be offered separately from registered massage therapy services.
We’re currently setting things up behind the scenes and will be sharing more details very soon.
