I’ve been doing cosmetic acupuncture for a while now and all I can say is it’s truly magic.🪄 Not only is this a Botox alternative for me personally but it’s helped me a lot with my period + reducing inflammation since getting off the pill.

Massages are the best but with energy work it’s truly next level.💫 These treatments have really helped me let go of a lot of feelings I had buried deep down.

As much as you guys loooove these classes, I do as well (& so does my nervous system!) I’m so fortunate I get to collaborate with likeminded women.🌀

Once a month, I do a pop-up in my hometown, which means I get to spend a whole week with my family.🫶🏼
