Made a new tea a couple days ago, in efforts to try to minimize my symptoms to Perimenopause. These are herbs that I have learned about in my Home Herbalist course I am currently taking online.
These herbs are known to help with such menopausal symptoms of mood swings, irritability, hot flashes, night sweats, etc.

I added a little Blueberry black tea (caffinated), so I can replace this tea from my usual green/ginger tea I usually drink, as I still need a little caffeine during the day.

Raspberry, Motherwort and Lady's Mantle and the main ingredients in this medicinal tea.

I have started to share/sell and few of these teas as I make batches, if anyone is interested, pls let me know 😀

I decided to Eat my medicinal herbs today for lunch!
Parmesan Spagetti Squash with Garlic, ginger and tumeric 🥰

Did you know that Tumeric is very healing to those with Immune, Inflammation an Cardiovascular issues?

**Common mistake is Under-dosing tumeric. For medicinal purposes, one should ingest 1-3grms daily, which is 1/4-1/2 a tsp daily.
Best ingestive which something fatty, like oatmeal with coconut milk, or full fat yogurt.

I am currently taking my Herbalist Certification Course and would love to help however I can. Just inbox me if you'd like a consultation 🙂

**10 Likes and I'll post recipe 😉

Practicing some Herbalism from my certification course I am working on this morning.

I've started calling it "herbing out" 🥰

So I'm "herbing out" this morning with a few of my favorite bulk herbs I have started collecting ( until I can start growing my own this summer).

I've ordered myself a Mortar and Pedstal finally, but bowl and spoon with have to suffice for today 🤣
