**No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy**

At Gentlemen’s Lounge Barbers & Tattoos(including Needle Nation), we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both our staff and clients, we have the following policy in place:

- **No-Show Policy:** If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged **50% of the service cost**.

- **Late Cancellation Policy:** If you cancel your appointment **less than 12 hours** before your scheduled time, you will be charged **25% of the service cost**.
