This time of year has always felt a little different to me. The harvest is coming in, the evenings get cooler, and everything starts to slow down a bit.
These are my grandparents’ barns - a farm where most of my best memories are tied to. I wanted the Classic Country Radio Sessions to feel like that same kind of nostalgia, without trying too hard to recreate it.
You can count on cozy notes of Vanilla, Lemon, Lavender, Cedarwood - to name a few - with soft country classics guiding us through the session.

Every session I create is deeply personal - this one hits so close home. Here is a curated experience to resonate like the kind of afternoon you don’t realize you’ll miss until years later.
Grandma’s house on a chilly afternoon. The old radio playing from the kitchen while something baked in the oven. Coming inside with cold hands and a sweater that smelled like outside. Falling asleep on the couch while someone you love was in the next room.
Those slow, ordinary moments that somehow become the ones you remember most.
Warmth. Woodsy. Bright. A little nostalgic and set to the kind of country music that makes you want to stay awhile.

So many new + true Sols here lately 🥹
Most know me as Megan Hodges, owner of Sol State Studios. This is my space - Maggie’s place.
I’m deeply enriched by nature, attuned beyond my grasp and comprehension, and intuitively driven. I have no logic for the way I am, what I know is that I am authentically and deeply belonging in my own power. This resonates with the right people and bays the rest.
My practice begun in other modalities, which I may ebb and flow through seasons of. What I have found resonance and calling in happens to be an experience that goes against the current of societal expectations and structures, unlocking a deep remembering of a more instinctual, raw earthiness our minds may have long forgotten, but resonates deep within our body and human capacity. In other words, my service reintroduces stillness, gentleness, and grace of human + earth unconditional connection, if even only for a moment.
The time provides gentle manual touch for relaxation and lymphatic support, complimented by wood therapy, essential oils, and red light. Touch points primarily include feet + calves, back + shoulders, face + scalp, and abdomen, though we can add in where needs TLC. Any additional products or tools (lotions, oils, etc) used are intentionally chosen to provide an elevated experience, potentially even creating an olfactory memory. I strive to recreate the safe haven feeling here at grandmas cabin, within the time and space you give me.
Please allow me to introduce to you the ‘Sol Experience’ (previously known as Nervous System Reset), inspired by a lifetime of beautiful moments connected to earth, family (blood or chosen), and intuition.
Here at Maggie’s place, we lay our armour down. We are safe, grounded, and there is nowhere else we need to be. The gold state of you; to live + to thrive.

As we enter a fresh season, I have decided to pause my online booking platform to optimize overall experience for all new + returning Sols. This will also provide me opportunity to refuel my creative fire + soul. I’m so excited to see you all in this new season!
HOW TO BOOK
1) Message online SOL STATE STUDIOS - Megan Facebook or instagram or text (306) 441-0506
2) Ask about posted dates and/or provide information for dates + times desired
3) Send socials handle, full name, phone number, email and birthdate in follow up message to receive service confirmation
STUDIO RATE (as of September 1, 2026)
1 Hour: $90
2 Hour: $165
Students/Young Adults (16-21 years): $75/hr
*all rates will be subject to addition of PST*
ARRIVAL
The studio is located in Stil Boutique + Beauty (1221 101St - big box planter in front door). I recommend to park out front during Boutique closed hours. No need to arrive more than 5 minutes prior to appointment, if not on time. Feel free to come in your comfy clothes, prepared for a ‘relaxation meets wellness’ service. You may bring headphones, if preferred. Bottled water will be provided complimentary.

⚡️ Appointments will be adjusted based on remaining service time if late check-in occurs

heel blisters, spray tan knees, and paint splatters.. oddly chic
There’s something I want all my clients to know before walking into my space.
You think I notice a polish or heels worn from life lived.. what I notice is how much you’ve been carrying lately, and whether you’ve had a moment to slow down.
You think I notice unshaved legs, messy hair, a tired work uniform, or ‘hobo-esque’ comfies.. what I notice is that you made time for yourself today, even in the middle of life.
You think I notice you’re emotional, burdened, or tired deep to the bones.. what I notice is you might finally feel safe to let something out without explanation, context, or judgement. I’m noticing your body accepting the granted rest you’ve been postponing.
