My favourite part of being a massage therapist is my clients.

Does that sound cheesy? Haha. But it’s true!

I really enjoy connecting with people in the community, and when someone tells me I’ve made them feel better, it makes my day. 💛

Thanks to everyone who’s trusted me with their care.

I still have several openings next week!

“I have a cold or flu. What should I do about my massage appointment?”🤧

I’m glad you asked! Cold and flu season can be a struggle. Just when you think you’re getting into a routine, that pesky bug comes along to throw a wrench in the gears.

1. ☝️Cancel early.
Call or message me as soon as you have symptoms

2. 💛Ask a family member or friend to take your appointment for you.
This is totally optional, but I so appreciate when someone does this! If you have someone who would love to take your spot, just let me know, and I’ll switch the appointment over to them.

Hopefully you won’t need this information anytime soon!😂 But save this post for when you do.

Limited openings left this week!
