Today, there was a misunderstanding that happened regarding our studio’s gift card. As a business owner who always values transparency and puts our customers first, I feel it’s important to clarify this matter so that everyone is aware, can avoid any future confusion, and not be taken advantage of.

As the holiday and gifting season is approaching, we understand many of you may be looking to purchase gift certificates for your loved ones. However, please note that when you see “Send a special gift card” promotion inside the Fresha customer app, this is NOT our studio’s gift card and cannot be redeemed at Joir Nails Studio. We only use Fresha for booking appointments, not for payments or POS transactions. Fresha gift cards are only valid at salons that participate in their promotion and use their payment system, which we DO NOT. While Fresha’s promotion may look like it applies to all salons on their platform, it unfortunately creates confusion for both customers and businesses.

If you wish to purchase a Joir Nails Studio Gift Card, please do so directly through us at the salon.
