I have been sharing things that other social media accounts are saying businesses should be doing to make their business more successful and profitable.
This is number #3
They say stop running so many specials. 🤷‍♀️ ( you are losing money and will only attract clients looking for a deal! One and done)

My response- NEVER!! I will never stop offering specials 🤗

Specials cause excitement! They attract new customers AND my regular clients love them too!

I build specials using parts of treatments already on my menu. So they are a great opportunity to try something new. 🥰

PLUS it gives me the opportunity to get my creative juices flowing 🤗

Running a special every couple of months is great for business.
It’s nice to give your regular clients a treat once in a while AND you will attract new clients!
Trust me! It has been proven over and over!

Every business needs an online booking system that does everything for you ( schedules, reply’s, sends forms)

My response- Not for me 👎🏻
I prefer a more personal experience and I use good ole pen, paper and whiteout 😂

When someone calls/texts to book an appointment that 5-10 minute conversation is the start to building a relationship 🌸

I prefer to sit down with my clients to complete the Intake forms together. It’s more personable and it allows me to ask questions and clarify answers. It’s also a time for clients to ask any questions 🌸

This time is also allowing us to get to know each other, build trust and form a relationship 🌸
It’s much better than walking into a new place and immediately be whisked away to have a complete strangers hands on you. 🤦‍♀️

I like to have control over my schedule and I definitely don’t want to have to deal with any online glitches.

For me every opportunity I can find to build a relationship with my clients I am going to do it 🌸🩷

We need more social media presence to increase our followers.

My response- Who has the time?!
According to others we should be posting 2-3 times a day! 🤦‍♀️

I consider myself productive if I post 2-3 times a week!

My time is spent focusing
On my clients needs 🌿
Building relationships 🌿
Providing experiences 🌿

You don’t need 2,3,4 thousand followers to ensure your schedule is full.
Clients who love their treatments, feel welcomed and cared for will keep coming back AND they will tell their friends 🩷

Word of mouth is the BEST advertising 🌸

Don’t feel pressured to post multiple times a day. Instead focus on the clients you have coming through your door and your business will grow 🌿
