If you’re looking for a specific day or time and don’t see what you’re looking for through online booking, please send me an email. I may have some flexibility or availability that isn’t showing online.

A little reminder as we head into the busy fall/winter season, please don’t leave your appointments until the last minute! Evenings tend to fill quickly, especially as we get closer to year end.

If you know you have specific dates/times that work best for you, I recommend booking ahead to make sure you get the appointment that works for your schedule.

Let’s make massage therapy tax-exempt in Canada

As a Registered Massage Therapist, this is something I feel strongly about — not just for myself and other massage therapists, but for our clients too.

Massage therapy is a regulated health profession in Ontario, and many people rely on it as part of their ongoing care for pain, injury rehabilitation, mobility, and overall well-being.

Yet massage therapy is still subject to HST, while a number of other regulated healthcare services — including physiotherapy, chiropractic care and psychotherapy — are exempt from GST/HST when the requirements are met.

That means the tax can add a significant amount to the cost of care for people who regularly rely on massage therapy.

There is currently a national advocacy effort asking the federal government to remove GST/HST from regulated massage therapy services. The campaign is gaining momentum, and the federal government is reviewing the request.

I’m sharing this because your voice can help.
