Mattea Jayne - Barber

Sterling James Paul made his very quick arrival at 3:57am on February 6th 2026 weighing 7lb 11.6 oz.
We are absolutely obsessed with this sweet boy. He is a strong little man who is already so loved. Thank you to the great staff in the NICU and Quinte 7 who are helping us recover. It is very fitting for this son of a barber to have so much thick hair, He must have known he had free haircuts for life!

I have officially begun my maternity leave. I have decided to step away from the chair and put down my scissors for a while to focus on my growing family. 2026 has lots of excitement in store. When I return to barbering I will have lots of exciting updates for what is next for Mattea Jayne - Barber 💈

Thank you to all of my loyal clients who I have had the pleasure of getting to know in the last couple of years. Although temporary, I have found it very hard to step away from the business I have built but more importantly the clients who have made me love my job. I hope to see you all again! See you soon!
