While I know that in life, we have to expect the unexpected, when it comes to making an appointment with me Purebeauty by Melissa McNevin, I do ask that you respect my time as much as I respect yours.
If you can’t make your appointment, I ask that you let me know 48 hours or more before hand - simply replying to the confirmation text that is sent out 48 hours in advance is perfect!
Unfortunately, if you no-show or last minute cancel i.e. less than 48 hours before your appointment, I will require 30% of the booked appointment(s) as a late cancellation fee.
