Get To Know Carli

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). I am an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations. Throughout my education, I have obtained additional certifications in Integrated Needling Acupuncture, Spinal Stenosis Bootcamp, Concussion Management and I am a certified Emergency First Responder.

I use Diversified Technique and take a functional approach to my assessments prioritizing identifying the cause of a problem. My treatments consist of a combination of strategies including soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, taping, joint manipulation/mobilization, and rehabilitation exercises. I have experience treating all types of patients including elderly patients, professional and recreational athletes.

I was raised in the Clarington area and I’m passionate about giving back to the Durham Region through youth sport. I work with the West Durham Ironheads as their trainer, as well as the Clarington Minor Lacrosse Association, Clarington Minor Hockey Association, and Toronto Beaches Minor Lacrosse Association. Apart from sport, I also foster kittens through Barn Cat Co-Op in case you need a kitten! I spend my free time doing hot yoga, water sports, hiking, and reading!
