I am pleased to announce that we are adding a new team member here at NTT Lia Alfano. Her first day here will be January 22nd. Lia completed her Massage Therapy diploma in 2007 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She also has an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics and a background in holistic nutrition. She is in good standing with the CMTO and is a member of the RMTAO. She is patient centered and focuses on helping patients move forward with their health. She has a wide range of experience in clinical and spa settings, private events, and teaching parents how to continue care at home for their infants and children. Lia is an excellent listener and strives to create an effective treatment plan to efficiently make change. Lia specializes in hot stone massage, relaxation, trigger point work, increasing circulation, flexibility, and mobility while reducing pain and stiffness in muscles and joints. Lia is very active outside of work and loves spending time with her 4 young children.

I'm happy to announce that we have back in stock the large and small flaxseed heat bags. Also, we have a few of the peppermint soothing eye pillows as well

We are excited to announce we are adding a new team member Tomo Monsma (Okihara). Tomo is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Durham College Massage Therapy Program and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Additionally, she has experience working as a physiotherapist in a hospital setting in Japan for four years, treating diverse conditions. After moving to Canada, Tomo pursued a new challenge, starting as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. Her education and experiences in both Healthcare professions have built her a strong knowledge of anatomy and understanding of the functional abilities of the human body. Tomo puts great importance on patient care and is committed to improving her patients quality of life. She would love to meet new patients and is eager to help them along their healing journeys. I'm excited to share that we are now carrying Lavender and Grace Flaxseed heating bags. We have the large ones available to comfortably drape around your sore muscles and small packs that be heated or chilled.

Natural Touch Therapies Masking Update

Greetings all Natural Touch Therapies patients!
We are excited to open our doors and welcome you back inside to our waiting room. As of March 9th, 2022 the Ontario Government announced changes to the covid pre-screen form and masking mandates.
We continue to be mandated to ask you to fill out our covid pre-screen form before arriving for your scheduled appointment.

Also, as a multidisciplinary health care clinic, wearing a mask continues to be MANDATORY FOR ALL PRACTITIONERS AND PATIENTS entering the clinic until April 27th, 2022.
