As our clinic continues to grow, we’ve implemented a stricter cancellation policy to ensure fairness, protect practitioner time, and better accommodate clients waiting for appointments.

To help us provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 36 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling for injectables, laser, and medical appointments. Appointments cancelled within 36 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

Please note that cancellations or appointment changes must be made directly through our business phone number or booking system. Social media messages or DMs will not be accepted as valid notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We understand that life happens and appreciate open communication when unexpected situations arise.

She has further advanced her training with a Bowen Therapy Diploma of Proficiency from The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia, along with certification in Cupping Therapy.

With a professional background in emergency services, Susan brings a calm, attentive, and results-driven approach to her practice.
