Straight Razor North, an upscale salon located in Bracebridge, is seeking a skilled and personable stylist to become a valued member of our team. We are offering two exciting opportunities: a full-time position featuring a competitive 60/40 commission split (in favour of the stylist), or a chair rental option for entrepreneurial stylists looking to build their own business within our welcoming space. Enjoy flexible scheduling and plenty of convenient on-site parking.
We are looking for a responsible and passionate stylist who excels at delivering exceptional, high-quality services in a creative and friendly environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
At least three years of professional experience and an established clientele
Ability to provide customized hair services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
Strong commitment to maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere for both clients and colleagues
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Dedication to keeping work areas, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained
