Innerstanding plants is a soul commitment for me. One I've held for many lifetimes including this one.

When my mom died at 7, the river & the plants guided me back home. Everything is strangely in perfection.

I'm here to serve humanity with medicine - a medicine that prioritizes body, mind, emotional & spiritual health. Medicines that are made with the power of the plants and an absolute love & respect for the Earth and her gifts. ❤️

Whether it's the Cree bloodline or my heart - this ceremony was so natural to honour the life of this beautiful baby bear.

I'm always being guided and Creator led me to the bear that day. I did a ceremony for him, to honour his life. The trees let me know that the land appreciated this, and always appreciates care, respect and love.

We can have this in common, and it feels so good when we all come together from a place of love and respect. We will need the 7 Grandfather teachings, similar to the Cree Tipi teachings to help our Earth and it's people back to a healthy place.

I'll never lose faith, my soul has waited lifetimes for this one.

Here's what happened when I took my summer back:

♡ my days turned from to do lists to simply 'being'
♡ more in tune with my bodies needs
♡ curiosity leads to learning of people, places & understanding

Sage (West + Wind) & To***co (East + Fire) it is the coming together – 2 sacred medicines from the medicine wheel – in unity and power. In summer, we want moisture, but we also want the skin to be able to breathe.

I made the choice to face the pain as hard as it was, this being with the pain & darkness really allowed me to properly transform the harshness into understanding, healing & love.

I abandoned myself over and over until I finally understood the patterning. No, it wasn't fun. It also made it more harsh because the love I received from both my mom and grandma (my matriarchs) while they were here, was the most powerful love I've ever experienced ❤️ and to have that then not was a feeling I find hard to explain in words.

The reason I am a medicine woman is because I've continued to transform that pain into love for myself and my fellow humans.
