You asked and we listened 🫡 We have changed the first series of our kids fitness class to THURSDAYS at 6-6:45, starting October 8th and running for 4 weeks!

Think jumping, climbing, obstacles, strength, movement challenges, games + a whole lot of FUN! We’ve even ordered kid-sized equipment just for them 🥹
