Coach Cait has been fired… up to lead RPM’s first ever Build Series!

A 4-week beginner strength training series designed to help you build confidence, learn proper technique, and create a strong foundation in the gym 🖤

Sessions will comprise of beginner-friendly workouts with Coach Cait, and education on lifting, mindset, habit & nutrition talks with RPM owner Elo

Whether you’re completely new to lifting or wanting to feel more confident walking into the classes, this series is for you 😊
