Had the privilege of bringing a wellness Break to the staff at FUN School back in October. Supervisor wanted to gift this to the staff for ECE Appreciation Day.

I turned the toddler block center into a relaxing corner for educators. Each staff received a 15 minute seated, Aromatherapy massage.

My name is Karina and I am a proud RECE with over 22 years experience. My years in the field granted me first hand knowledge of the demands and needs placed on hardworking Educators on a daily basis. Seeing the lack of care and priority for our ECEducator's physical and mental wellness encouraged me to merge my two passions: ECE and Aromatherapy. In 2023, I became a Certified Advanced Aromatherapy Practitioner and founded Flores Aromatherapy that provides services to those who seek a natural approach to wellness.
I created the Aromaworkplace Wellness Program which aims to bring wellness services to childcare centers across the GTA. This program includes: wellness breaks that offer 15-20 min. Seated Aromatherapy massages utilizing plant extracted natural products that support and empower our ECEducators to continued doing amazing work in the classroom. The
Wellness Workshops offer one hour of wellness tips and strategies to combat and overcome common issues such as burnout, stress/anxiety, etc.

A brand new interactive KIDS workshop is coming to Brampton!
Registration is now open for families with children from ages 5+.
These will be monthly workshops led by a certified and accredited CAAP Aromatherapist. These 2.5 hour workshops will take place Saturday mornings from 9am to 11:30am and include a snack.
Workshops are limited to 8 children who will have a blast making various aromatherapy products such as bath bombs, lip balms, bookmarks, and more using kid-friendly and safe essential oils.
