Health is wealth

I’m tired of seeing women my age feeling like they have to do an endless list of things just to feel good about themselves. I see you: You wake up early, drink your water, take your vitamins, go to the gym, eat healthy… but you’re still not feeling it.

And I get it! It’s hard to feel good about yourself when there are so many factors that are out of your control in this world—the weather, what other people think of you, whether or not you get that promotion/raise/partnership at work.

But here’s the thing: until you figure out what’s in your mind and in your heart, nothing else matters. Because if those things are taken care of, if you feel confident about who you are and what makes YOU happy, then everything else falls into place.
