We’re starting to see a shift from “PCOS” to “PMOS” — because this condition is about so much more than the ovaries alone.

That’s why hormonal skin concerns like persistent acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, and excess hair growth often need a more supportive, whole-body approach — not just stronger products or harsher treatments.
As an esthetician, this conversation matters to me because skin is never just surface level. Your skin can reflect what’s happening internally, and that deserves compassion, education, and personalized care.
