Today I came to the realization that in September 2026 it has been 30 years since our family immigrated to Canada!!! Thank you Abuji Pervez Sultan for making the decision and bringing us to this country. So grateful. 🤗

Time goes by so fast - don’t even know what happened! was always home but now it is more so with this realization. I have now lived in Canada the longest that I’ve ever lived in any country in my life. I only lived in Saudi for 14 years. Pennsylvania, USA for five years: at all-girls boarding school for high school (Grier) and then Juniata college, all while going back-and-forth to Saudi. The rest of my life, most of my life, has been in Canada. My home. So blessed.

I’m truly Canadian, eh? 😆
