š Officially Menopausal. Yes, weāre celebrating this. š
April 7, 2025 ā the last time my ovaries clocked in.
April 7, 2026 ā one full year later⦠and apparently Iāve been promoted to Menopause Management.
No farewell party, no cake, just a silent exit like, āsheās done here.ā
But hereās the plot twist no one talks aboutā¦
I didnāt crawl into this phase exhausted, miserable, and googling my sanity at 2am.
I walked in.
Strong.
Clear-headed (mostly).
Still sleeping⦠well, enough.
Still lifting. Still running. Still showing up.
Turns out all those years of choosing discipline over excuses,
lifting heavy when I didnāt feel like it,
running when it wouldāve been easier not to,
fueling my body instead of fighting itā¦
ā¦actually paid off. Imagine that.
Minimal symptoms. Maximum control.
Aging, but make it powerful.
So hereās to the end of periods (honestly, not mad about it),
and the start of a new era where strength, mindset, and consistency carry the show.
Not lucky.
Not random.
Built. šŖ
Menopause? Handled.
Next chapter? Even better.
You donāt get this version of me by accident.
You get her by showing up on the days you donāt feel like it.
You get her by pushing when it burns.
You get her by choosing discipline over excuses⦠every damn time.
This isnāt about being perfect.
Itās about being relentless.
Strong isnāt just how I look.
