Le projet multifamilial Les Habitations Mica, situé à Pont-Rouge, s’est distingué en étant finaliste au Prix Nobilis 2024 de l' APCHQ - région de Québec l’APCHQ. Cette reconnaissance souligne la qualité de sa conception, le choix de matériaux ainsi que l’excellente collaboration entre tous les partenaires impliqués.

L’architecture contemporaine de cet immeuble résidentiel est mise en valeur par une maçonnerie distinctive composée de la brique d’argile Veridian de la Série Legacy et de la Pierre Granada Blanc Polaire, deux produits de maçonnerie signés Brampton Brick. La qualité de la construction, combinée à l’utilisation de produits de maçonnerie durables, a permis de réaliser un projet de logements locatifs d’exception.

The apartment building’s contemporary design is enhanced by a durable masonry selection featuring Brampton Brick’s Legacy Series Veridian clay brick and Granada Stone in Polar White. The high-quality construction, paired with long-lasting masonry products, came together to create an exceptional rental housing development.
