Pregnancy and motherhood changes your body forever, there are so many imbalances ( carrying baby , car seat, groceries etc etc)- make sure you don't neglect yourself mommies!!! You matter!

Following announcement from this morning, we will remain open.
We will continue to provide clean, safe and healthy environment for our clients and their families during their private appointments.

There are so many things I want to say but will stay quiet at this time.
My heart goes out to all of you.

To all moms that have to deal with pregnancy while being isolated, not having baby showers as you have imagined, living in the fear, not be able to feel and being supported.
To all of you giving birth during pandemic, worried about your babies and not seeing your own families for the longest time ,
To all of you who were going to Dr's appointments alone,
To all of you who have experienced miscarriage all alone and scared,
To everyone who faced postpartum depression and couldn't find a help, couldn't find anyone to talk to, felt judged, mom shamed, body shamed after welcoming your babies,
To all of you who found out you are pregnant after trying and praying for so long, and to you who have lost a dear one this year.....

YOU DID IT! You survived this year! We all did it!
We might need some therapy after all this, to be honest, but while we reflect and look back, please remember that everyone went through something. Be kind to each other. Support each other. Lift each other up.
I sincerely hope we have learned from 2021, at least one thing so we, collective, make it better in 2022.

Good morning !!!!

We have a local family in need- mom has 3 girls and often relies on food banks and donations.
( as we all know the groceries went up insanely).

They are in need of girls clothes size 6/7 and 6 months up.

Please DM if you have an opportunity to help.

When moms come and we laugh and laugh that we all look alike.

If you know, you know....

One thing is for sure, this mom will sleep like a baby after her 1hr long massage...
And you know what's the best part? She is booked right after her baby goes to bed.
No mom guilt, no rush, no thinking what if, no looking for babysitter during the day and we can go on and on!

When you have so much and you keep splashing and playing and then you stop for half of the second and that's when the pic is taken!

All while mommy has her massage, it's a win win!
