✨ 10 months ago these girls met for the first time. Today, they have a bond so strong it will last a lifetime. The sisterhood that is formed in esthetic school is just one more perk to the education that seems to be a tradition here at H&Co. Regardless if they go off to different spas, salons, cities, provinces .... they will have each other.
✨ As we creep closer and closer to graduation for this group I always get nostalgic looking back at past grads. At least it is never "Goodbye". We are so fortunate our grads like to stay in touch with each other! Whether its to send a cheeky meme, share a moment of their day or to ask advice on a service or product - they always have each others backs! ❤️

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced esthetician who is passionate about the industry and passing on their passion through higher learning. This role requires proven ability to provide a “lead by example” presence in the Academy through both esthetics and professionalism. As the instructor, they require strong organizational, effective planning and time management skills. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for the education of our students but management of the academy clinic floor, clients and models. A strong knowledge and understanding of customer service will be required.

Reports to:
Director of Operations
Coordinates With:
Spa Leadership team, Students, Service professionals
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organize daily learning and lessons each day based on core learning objectives
• Develop clinic floor business to ensure consistent practice for students
• Develop and maintain relationships with academy clients and models
• Coordinating onsite and online learning through your daily lesson planning and delivery
• Manage and organize the clinic floor schedule
• Complete all daily opening and closing duties of the academy
• Maintain a fair and consistent approach to teaching and leading students to help them understand responsibilities and be accountable to achieving those standards
• Develop the daily business on the clinic floor by identifying possible ways to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a positive learning environment by respectfully encouraging compliance to the academy expectations
• Achieve all KPI goals for the academy
• Communicate and/or fix any maintenance related needs
• Communicate any inventory or product ordering needs for the academy
Required Skills:

Education:
• Licenced Esthetician with the Province of Manitoba an asset

*Coordinate customer relations as well as all inquiries, assist the reception area with all guests requests
*Maintain daily records of all guest requests, reservations and confirmations.
*Sales, marketing, answering phones, booking appointments and educate clients
*Respond & return appointment emails
*Coordinate daily business, operational communication and needs with Director of Operations
*Coordinate marketing through social media and professional scheduling platforms
*Analyze back end marketing platforms to ensure optimal performance
*Event coordination for small and large spa parties
