For those of you who know me you are aware that I suffer from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) panic disorder and depression. I am so thankful for the people I have in my life who are so supportive of me and help me through these hard times, and I know some people are not as fortunate to have this support system that I have been blessed with. I know a lot of you are struggling with mental health as well, especially with the pandemic going on. This pandemic has taken a toll on so many people’s mental health and I want each and every one of you to know that I am always here for anyone who needs someone to talk to. Mental illness is something that unfortunately a lot of people will have to experience in their lives, myself being one of them. That’s why for every like/share/comment this post gets, I will be donating 10 cents towards mental health research. You are not alone.

I haven't done one of these posts in a while and figured that with my new page being started now is a good time to let some of my followers know a little bit more about me!

My name is Jamie and I graduated from H&co Academy Esthetics in August of this year. My #1 goal for the future is to start my own Esthetics business and work from my home!

When I'm not practicing Esthetics you can usually find me relaxing at home, with no makeup on, sweatpants, a cup of tea and binge watching Grey`s Anatomy. I have watched the entire show about 3 or 4 times now.

I love spending time with my friends (when covid restrictions allow it) whether we are just driving circles around town blasting music, watching movies and eating chips, or sitting around making silly TikTok videos all day.

I own a Jeep and love to drive around with the roof and doors off and mess around in the dirt outside of town. My mom didn't want me to buy such an expensive vehicle being only 19 years old, but I am extremely stubborn and work hard to get what I want, so when I showed up in the driveway with a new Jeep, although I was terrified what her reaction would be, it was awesome to just say "surprise I did it"!

I hope I will be able to get back to work soon and get to know all of you!! Thank you for supporting me and I hope you enjoy watching me grow with this journey! :)
