We started this growing season at 202lbs inSeptember that makes for 30 lbs in just over 4 months of quality gains!!
Now to strip away the fat and get contest ready!!

Late post from last weeks Winnipeg trip .. Dr visit went well roads were slick but I was slick-er lol had a great workout had a crowd watching max out a few machines and had some great eats .winnipeg absolutely incredible authentic Ukrainian food just like Baba used to make!!! .official I can’t wait to go get some more of those good eats!!

Had a good chest day today took 315lbs for a ride on the incline bench wow it felt easy compared to the last time I hit it in March … I shoulda recorded it heheh … next time!! & are currently teamed up with doing a line drive on until November 23rd buy one product get a second for 40% off!!!
