Six years later... and I am home.
Part of my soul has always felt like it was missing. And let me tell you the excitement I've felt building this little space, I can't even describe it. I stand in here and just stare sometimes with a big smile on my face.
After what was supposed to only be a temporary closure (Covid was a funny thing), I went into accounting, figure that one out 😄 though I will say I do love it, and I love the company I work for. We moved to a farm! That's been a whole life shift in itself, but I love it too! Lots of exciting things have happened these past 6 years, but there has always been a piece missing.
This is it.
It feels so good to be back. Things will be different, but better different 🥰

When I first started decorating cakes(many years ago) the vintage buttercream style was everything you didn't want to do. If you had told younger me that one day I'd be completely obsessed with all the shells, swags, and bows, I would've laughed. Funny how trends come full circle. Now all I want to do is make about 500 more of these!

Such a sweet way to celebrate 19!
Vanilla cake, raspberry and cream filling finished with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and fresh berries. I can't imagine a better flavour combination than that.
