I’m so excited to be allowed to go back to work , something I’ll never take for granted again. However with the opening of my doors brings a very tuff conversation to surface.

THIS PAST YEAR HAS WITNESSED SIGNIFICANT INCREASES IN
PRODUCT AND OPERATIONAL COST.
TO CONTINUE TO KEEP OUR “SMALL BUT MIGHTY” DOORS OPEN ,IT NEEDS TO MAKE SENSE FINANCIALLY.

THIS IS SO TERRIBLY HARD TO DO IN OUR INDUSTRY BECAUSE WE CONSIDER OUR CLIENTS AS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HOWEVER IT’S JUST NOT AN OPTION OR A REALITY TO CUT CORNERS WHEN IT COMES TO CHARGING FOR OUR SERVICES ANY LONGER .
I DID MY VERY BEST THROUGH THE YEARS TO GIVE EVERYONE “DEALS” BY NOT CHARGING PROPERLY AND CUTTING MYSELF SHORT IN THE END , WHICH FALLS ON ME BECAUSE MY HEART IS ALWAYS BIGGER THEN MY BRAIN EACH TIME IT COMES TO RINGING YOUR SERVICES THROUGH.
I HOPE THOSE YEARS I RAN MY BUSINESS MORE WITH MY HEART THEN MY BRAIN IS NOT LOST IN YOUR OWN HEARTS . YOU ALL ARE SPECIAL HUMANS TO ME .
I’LL BE CHARGING MYSELF AT AN HOURLY RATE , TO AVOID ANY GREY AREAS AND CONFUSION WITH COST .

I UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN BUDGET FOR WHAT MY SERVICES WILL BE AND THAT IS JUST A PART OF THIS NEW JOURNEY OF MINE . WHICH I TOO HAVE TO ACCEPT ❤️
