For anyone who has been following my journey... you know that mental health is soooo important to me.

Mental health is not a common topic of conversation now a days. It is still referred to as a weakness. A "what you don't know won't hurt you" type of mentality. In long term, it is severely damaging to kids and adults. It affects your personal development.

Don't ignore your emotions. It's NOT a weakness. Talk to someone. Reach out to your friends and family who appear to be disconnected. Respect boundaries that are put in place for a reason. Smile.at a stranger who seems upset or angry. You just DON'T know.

It's mental health awareness month 💚💚.
