i will always advocate to properly heal your gut instead of disrupt it further with antibiotics

as we know, our gut directly affects our skin. when using antibiotics, antibiotics kill bad bacteria present, but they also kill good bacteria. when our gut is overloaded with bad bacteria, or depleted of good bacteria, gut disbyosis becomes an issue which alot of acne sufferers already suffer with to begin with. using antibiotics usually worsens the dysbiosis.

WHY I TELL YOU TO BE PATIENT📢📢
This pretty girl came in with a good amount of non-inflamed acne (and a damaged barrier from overuse of acids).
With non-inflamed acne, it can stay stagnant in the skin foreverrrrr. Even though it sucks, the purging process is necessary to bring everything up + out.

It takes a lot of patience. The first time seeing this client was 5 months ago. She is now pretty well clear + just working on leftover pigmentation.

Being consistent, following your aestheticians advice and trusting the process is key to clearing ⭐️
