And do an internal scan, on a scale of gentle whisper to screaming loudly where are you at right now?

Are you fully tuned in and taking amazing care of yourself; fully checked out that even tuning in is a challenge or somewhere in between?

Only awareness and acceptance for the answer.

You are allowed to take up the space you need for you.

Self care isn’t selfish.
It isn’t me first, it’s me too.

I’m deeply committed to practicing what I preach 📣🧼📦

For me, that looks like:

* prioritizing self-care
* showing up for myself consistently
* making time for regular wellness appointments
* staying hydrated
* getting enough rest
* moving my body every day
* setting and honoring healthy boundaries
* nourishing my body, mind, and soul
* being intentional and mindful
* quieting the overthinking
* getting out of my own way

I want you to feel as good as you possibly can. I’ll never tell you it’s easy, but I can promise you this: it’s worth it. And most importantly — you are worth it 💕
