Hi everyone — I’m Elyse, the founder and creator of Whispering Pines Soapery 🌲

I’d like to introduce myself and share a little about how this journey started.

This journey began when I started questioning the products my family and I were using every day. Living with eczema and psoriasis made me look more closely at ingredient labels, and I quickly realized how many personal care products contain synthetic perfumes and hidden ingredients.

That discovery pushed me to start researching ingredients more deeply, learning about how they are sourced, and experimenting with creating my own soaps.

Today, every bar at Whispering Pines Soapery is handcrafted using natural, vegan ingredients, pure essential oils, and responsibly sourced materials, including sustainably sourced palm oil. I believe strongly in full ingredient transparency so you always know exactly what you're putting on your skin.

Sustainability is also at the heart of this business. I take the time to understand where my ingredients come from and how they are produced, because I believe businesses today have a responsibility to care for the planet and the communities behind the products we use.

Soap making is also my art. I truly love the creative process of designing each bar and turning simple ingredients into something beautiful and functional.

Right now I’m building inventory, as cold process soap needs about 6 weeks to properly cure before it’s ready to use. I’m working hard to create a good selection before officially launching.
