Well this girl pulled (and pushed) off an absolutely amazing first powerlifting competition!! Her commitment to her workouts never waivered. She was always hungry to learn more, eager to try harder & was an absolute honour to coach! A new passion was unlocked today. You will see her at the Worlds for sure. Stay tuned… Way to go Bethany!
