I’m no artist, but I had to do my best attempt at sharing this thought today.

Yesterday we took the day off to celebrate our oldest turning 8! 🎉🥳

But it didn’t go at all how we planned, he caught a virus and spent the day feeling miserable and watching cartoons.

Needless to say none of the birthday activities we planned happened. 💔 (we’ll try again on Sunday I guess🥺)

But there was something about a day of holding down the couch down and soaking up little boy snuggles and naps that somehow worked.

Please take this as a reminder to find some time for yourself to do whatever is restful for your mind, soul and body.

You’re worth it 💗

On Wednesday if you come in and smell pizza and see dandelions on the counter… it means the kids are hanging out with us 👦👦👦

Wednesday is pizza and a movie while we work, and as a bonus, I get dandelion decor for my desk 🌻💗

Fun fact, massage tables make amazing desks for when we do continuing Ed days!

I wish I could upload a scent….next time you’re in take a moment and catch a whiff of these Ylang Ylang and Ginger bath bombs 🤩
