To maintain your lashes, I recommend pre-booking your fills at least every 2-3 weeks.
Fills can take from 45 mins to 1.5 hours.

Eyelashes grow and develop in stages.
There is the active growth period (anagen stage), the transitional period (catagen stage), and the resting period (telogen stage).
That is why fills are important if you want them on a full time basis! During the fill, the grown out extensions are replaced with a new extension and any lashes that are bare, a lash extension will be placed (if itโs a healthy lash).
I recommend every 2-3 weeks for maintenance.
Anything over 4 weeks or if you have less than 40% remaining lash extensions, it is considered a full set.
