✨ 4 Years of Rising & Sweating ✨

I can’t believe it’s been four years of waking up early to move, sweat, and grow stronger together. 💪☀️ Every morning, I get to share my time with an incredible group of women who choose to put themselves first, commit to a healthy lifestyle, and trust me to lead them—whether they’re rolling out of bed to join live or pressing play on a recording later.

This past year, more than 25 amazing ladies have shown up consistently, and I am beyond thankful for each of you. 🙌 You are the reason I get up every morning—even on the busiest family days—because I know you’re depending on me to bring the energy, the challenge, and the encouragement.

Morning workouts just make sense—they wake up the mind and body, give us clarity before the day begins, and free up our evenings for family, kids’ activities, and the things that matter most. And let’s be real—by 10am, I often forget I’ve already crushed a workout!

To my early risers and my playback crew: THANK YOU. You motivate me as much as I motivate you. Here’s to stronger bodies, healthier habits, and the amazing community we’ve built—4 years down, and we’re just getting started. 💥

3 Years of ‘Rise & Sweat’ with Jess, WOW! Thank you to all of my Early Risers who continue to Rise & Sweat with Me every morning and to those of you who are committed to following along to the recordings later in your day. We all lead busy lives with our families, jobs and extracurriculars. I admire all of you for continuing to prioritize your healthy by rising and sweating with me every morning before your busy day begins. Thank you for participating in our monthly walking challenges, sharing your weekly meal prep and for keeping each other accountable in the community you have helped me create. Waking up to workout with all of you motivates me to plan new and effective workouts that make all of us feel stronger, energized and healthier. I am looking forward to another year of early-morning workouts with all of you.

☀️Join us during the months of July and August, for LIVE and Recorded- Early Morning SUMMER WORKOUTS☀️For $60 you will have access to more than 30 Live and Recorded Workouts.

☀️Workout on vacation, at your cottage and even while your camping💪🏻

Summer workouts will take place at 6:30 a.m. (I apologize to all of my committed 5:45 a.m. Early Risers for the time change- we will resume 5:45 a.m. workouts in September. Luckily, you still have the option to follow along to one of the recordings at 5:45 a.m.).

There are fewer classes being offered throughout July and August because my family and I have a summer full of adventures planned. I have committed to 4 Live Workouts each week with the possibility of extra workouts being added on Tuesday’s or Thursday’s (when we are home)…which means some weeks you will still have the opportunity to ‘Rise and Sweat’ 5 days a week with all of us💪🏻

You are also invited to join our ‘Rise and Sweat Summer Walking Challenge’ (walk everyday for 30+ min.) The winner will receive 1 month of Early Morning Workouts for Free in September.

When you become an Early Riser you will:

☀️Be invited to join our Whats App. group for motivation and extra accountability.
☀️Have access to our Private Accountability Group which includes, health and fitness motivation, favourite recipes and so much more!

Workouts begins July 2nd- August 31st

Having a colleague join in on your workouts can be a bit nerve wracking, especially if you run the risk of bumping into them at work after a particularly tough workout.

Though Christina teaches with me here in Burlington, she started taking my classes this past fall and has been committed to following along, either in person or with my recordings, ever since. At work, she is excited because she conquered my workout before school and the post workout endorphins help her conquer another day of teaching!

I am so glad that she has made my daily workouts part of her morning routine and she loves the results.

She looks amazing and is beaming with confidence ... and the rest of our staff can’t help but notice!

I am so proud of you

Rise and Sweat with us first thing every morning LIVE on Zoom in 2024 before your busy day begins. Roll out of bed, work up a sweat and feel great for the rest of your day. I promise you that the ‘post workout feeling’ is the best feeling ever, especially first thing in the morning!

Not a morning person? That’s ‘OK’! You also have the option to follow along to one of my recordings at a later time in your day.

I love it when newbies fall in love with rising and sweating with us every morning. Especially when rising and sweating in the morning gives you more energy and it allows you to spend more time with your family in the evenings. Way to go I am very proud of you for committing to leading a healthier lifestyle and for cheering on your kids from the sidelines!

When we prioritize our workouts the sense of pride and accomplishment we feel after each workout is the momentum that keeps us committed to ‘rising and sweating’ before our busy days begin.

I am so proud of this busy Mama .c who keeps coming back for more workouts. Not only does this busy Mom prioritize my workouts before her busy day begins, she also tries to squeeze in a Yoga class during her lunch breaks and she will often be seen walking when her son does Taekwondo. I hope Dana continues to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment after each workout as she continues to work towards her healthy-living goals.

Thank you to all of my committed Early Risers for continuing to wake up to workout with me and to the ladies who commit to following along to the recording later in your day. I love creating workouts that leave all of you feeling healthy and strong!

This past year was challenging for many reasons. Our family got very busy with sports and extra curriculars everyday, Covid finally hit our family, I got a bad case of tennis elbow that spread up into my shoulder, my Mother in-law sadly passed away, my son got very ill (which gave us a scare), my foot injury tried to slow me down and then my thyroid got out of whack. So many reasons to skip a workout and to fall off track. Yet, I didn’t because of my Early Risers who inspire me to create new and challenging workouts for all of us to conquer together. Really there is no better way to start your day than by lifting and sweating with a group of ladies who have similar health and fitness goals. Working out is also a great stress reliever!

I am looking forward to another year of creating balanced workouts that incorporate aerobic and strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching.
