I was drawn to the massage profession because of my love for people and a passion for helping them. After experiencing how massage can aid in the healing of chronic injury and stress, I felt inspired to help others in similar situations. I am dedicated to assisting clients with their musculoskeletal health in a non-judgmental, open and safe environment. I strives to identify the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction while treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole. I achieve this by using a mix of therapeutic and relaxation techniques such as:
