NANO COMBO BROWS
Healing Journey ✨
Day 1 → 2 Months
See exactly how the brows change as they heal 🤍 I’ve been wanting to create a post like this for years so I can show my clients exactly how the brows will heal for normal/dry skin type.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER ✨
Fresh nano hairstrokes + soft powder shading.
Brows will look darker, sharper and more defined right after your appointment — this is completely normal! There will be a bit of redness and swelling - more so if you have more reactive/sensitive skin.
They’ll soften as they heal 🤍
DAY 1
Fresh & defined ✨
The colour is still darker and warmer than the final healed result.
A little redness or tenderness can be normal today. Expect about 100% colour retention.
DAY 2
Still looking dark & bold!
The pigment is beginning to settle, but don’t judge your final colour yet. Start adding a thin layer of the aftercare balm on top of the brows after you gently wash your face 2x/day
DAY 3
You may notice the brows starting to feel a little dry or tight.
The colour can still look quite dark at this stage.
Try not to touch or pick at them!
DAY 4
The dry + flaky stage begins ✨
You may start seeing little pieces of dry skin around the brows. For Nano & powder = dry flaky skin. For microblading =thicker big chunks of scabs.
Let everything shed naturally — no picking!
DAY 5
Don’t panic if they start looking patchy!
Some areas may look lighter as the dry skin begins to shed.
This is all part of the healing process 🤍
DAY 6
More flaking today!
You may notice some hairstrokes temporarily “disappearing” underneath the healing skin. This is the most self-conscious you’ll feel during the healing process.
Trust the process ✨
DAY 7 ✨
You can return to your regular routine!
You can now touch your brows and wash your entire face normally.
You can also wear eyebrow makeup if needed — even if there’s still a little dry skin or light scabbing. Expect about 50% colour retention.
DAY 8
The “ghosting” phase 👻
Your brows may suddenly look VERY light.
The new skin over the pigment can temporarily make the colour appear softer than it actually is.
DAY 9
The brows are looking much softer now 🤍

My client came to me with previous nano brows done elsewhere that had faded into a cooler grey tone. Instead of simply going darker, we focused on correcting the old colour first and bringing warmth back into her brows.

One of the biggest fears I hear before a brow tattoo appointment — but good permanent makeup shouldn’t scream “tattoo.”
These are my client’s brows ONE YEAR HEALED ✨

Growing up with a scarcity mindset, no one really prepares you for what it feels like to invest this much money into yourself and your business.
Opening my own studio has been exciting, but also uncomfortable at times. Watching my bank account go down while trusting that I’m building something for the future has been a huge mindset shift for me.
