Everyone who gets a cataract experiences it differently. But a person with a cataract commonly experiences cloudy or blurry vision. Lights may cause a glare, seem too dim or seem too bright. It may be hard to read or drive, especially at night. If you have a cataract, you may see halos around lights, such as car headlights, that make it hard to focus clearly. Every Spring I get a massive urge to Spring Clean my whole house by unloading unnecessary things. While I clean room to room I make sure I have my Cleaner Concentrate made into an All purpose cleaner to give it a good thorough clean.

The Cleaner Concentrate has literally replaced EVERY cleaner in our home for our weekly cleans too! Bathrooms, Kids Toys, Dishes, Surfaces...you name it!

Having a NON TOXIC home is so important to me and something I've been working on for years to ensure we don't have harmful chemicals around. The OnGuard Cleaner concentrate does a better job AND I don't even have to think about what cleaner I need to use for what!

DIY WHIPPED BODY BUTTER:

Use your essential oil stash to make this creamy, dreamy whipped body butter! It’s the perfect remedy for dry skin and smells AMAZING.

1/2 cup shea butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup sweet almond oil
10-20 drops essential oils of your choice (I especially love using peppermint, frankincense/wild orange, or Serenity here!)
Combine all ingredients, except the essential oils, in a small pot or double boiler.

Gently melt and stir over low heat until the mixture is liquid.

Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to partially set up. (You can stick it in the freezer for a little while to speed up this process.)

Once the mixture is partially set and opaque, add the essential oils of your choice, and whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer until the body butter is fluffy and stiff peaks have formed. Apply to hands, feet, elbows, or any other area in need of a little TLC.
