Massage Therapy (daytime, evening and weekend appointments available)
Pilates Mat Classes (maximum of 5 students per class)
Private Pilates Sessions (one on one with instructor)
Semi-private Pilates Sessions (two students, one instructor)
Pilates Rehab Sessions (covered by your physiotherapy benefits)
